In addition to termly tuition, the school charges administrative fees to support assessment, enrolment, development, security, and certification processes. These fees ensure the smooth delivery of academic and institutional services across all levels.
Assessment fees are charged per level (Nursery, Primary, and Secondary) and cover learner evaluation, academic records, and placement processes.
A once-off enrolment fee , which is non-refundable, is payable upon admission and covers registration and onboarding services. The development fee , charged at the start of the academic year, contributes towards school facilities, resources, and infrastructure improvement.
A security deposit is payable by all learners and is refundable upon clearance at the end of schooling, subject to meeting school requirements.
Graduation fees apply at key transition stages, Reception, Grade 7, and Grade 12, and cover graduation-related activities and materials.
For learners in Grades 10–12 , an ICDL fee is charged once for a three-year period. This fee supports international digital literacy certification and is payable in USD or Zambian kwacha Equivalent.
